The European Business and Biodiversity (EU B&B) Platform team is comprised of the EU B&B Secretariat and the EU B&B workstream leaders.
- Jerome Kisielewicz
Project Director & Mainstreaming workstream leader
Jerome Kisielewicz is an ecological economist working as managing consultant in ICF’s climate, environment and energy team. Jerome is overseeing the ICF team supporting the management of the EU B&B Platform for the European Commission. He also leads the mainstreaming activities of the EU B&B Platform.

- Rhona Perkins
Project Manager
Rhona Perkins is an experienced business and finance professional and chartered accountant, and has worked in sustainable finance for biodiversity conservation as well as EU sustainability regulation. Rhona is project and team coordinator delivering the work on the ‘EU Business and Biodiversity Platform’ for the European Commission.

- Lola Bourboulon
Coordinator
Lola Bourboulon is a graduate in Public Policy and International Relations. She specialised in climate and environmental policies and transition to sustainable economies. She coordinates the delivery of work on the EU Business and Biodiversity Platform for the European Commission.

- Pia Malia
Head of the Secretariat
Pia is an Economist with expertise in Economic Policy and a background in public policy analysis and strategy consulting. She is based in ICF’s London office and supports the B&B Platform’s research and communications team

- James Hennessy
Web and graphic designer
James is professional graphic designer. He provides graphic design support on a range of digital and print productions of the Platform.

- Johan Lammerant
Methods workstream leader
Johan Lammerant is Lead Expert Natural Capital and Biodiversity within Arcadis (based in Belgium). His core expertise areas are business & biodiversity, natural capital accounting (NCA), ecosystem services, environmental impact assessment, green/blue infrastructure and Natura 2000. He is a co-author of the Natural Capital Protocol (2016). Within the EU Business & Biodiversity Platform, since 2017, he is leading the methodological work related to the assessment of available and emerging corporate biodiversity measurement approaches.

- Anne-Marie Bor
Finance workstream leader
Anne-Marie Bor is a transition manager delivering process management for sustainability collaboration. Her company NextGreen leads communities of practice and multi stakeholder dialogues for businesses, financial institutions, local authorities and NGOs. Looking for innovative revenue models for naturebased solutions and enhance transparency in supply chains. Together with Anita de Horde, Anne-Marie Bor has also set up the Finance for Biodiversity Pledge and Foundation responding to the needs from the EU Finance and Biodiversity Community members.

Mainstreaming workstream leader
Jerome Kisielewicz is an ecological economist working as managing consultant in ICF’s climate, environment and energy team. He leads the mainstreaming activities of the EU B&B Platform. The objective of this workstream is to promote the integration of biodiversity concerns within the decision-making processes of a growing number of businesses across Europe. This is done through engaging with newcomers, collaborating with other networks, associations, and policy makers and coordinating the Sectoral Sprint guidance documents.

Advisory Board
The EU B&B Advisory Board is composed of senior managers from businesses, Member States, NGOs and European Commission services. It aims to provide strategic advice and guide the long-term objectives of the EU B&B Platform and forge linkages with other relevant private and public initiatives and the wider business community.
The tasks of the Advisory Board include:
- Reviewing and advising on the priorities for the EU B&B Platform and its workstreams;
- Advising on potential linkages with other policy areas (e.g. circular economy, water, industry, air, etc.) and highlighting key policy developments from a business perspective;
- Representing the views of other ongoing initiatives and identifying synergies for further collaborations;
- Advising on upcoming initiatives and events, opportunities for communication and dissemination of outputs, and potential wider collaboration; and
- Identifying ways to raise awareness about the activities of the Platform to external audiences and within their own organisations.
