Upcoming Event: Business & Biodiversity, national initiatives, how to encourage business and Parties collaboration?

Achieving the targets of the Biodiversity Plan will not be possible without the commitment and action of businesses in favour of biodiversity. The Global Partnership for Business and Biodiversity (GPBB) brings together and contributes to coordinating national business networks committed to biodiversity. These networks highlight and implement initiatives that connect businesses and biodiversity at the national level. As the GPBB French focal point and as part of the Plan for Biodiversity target 15, ORÉE has created a new French Business & Biodiversity platform in partnership with the French Ministry of the Environment through the French Biodiversity Agency (OFB). This event aims at launching this new platform and highlight how other national initiatives (Brazil, Japan, UK, etc.) fit in with the mobilisation of businesses in favour of biodiversity.
